John-Michael Rivera
John-Michael Rivera teaches Creative Nonfiction and Latino Cultural Studies at CU-Boulder. An award winning writer, he has published widely in both literary and scholarly magazines and his next creative work explores the "punctum" of Latina/o visuality; that is, the language in the light outside the frame of representation. He is the coeditor of shadowboxmagazine.org, a journal of innovative Creative Nonfiction and flash forms.
